Overview

Lupin is comprised of a fast growing, innovative and robust team of manufacturing, Research and Development and commercial divisions. Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of Fifteen commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team and provide critical support in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring our pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and an advanced Excel user who thrives on solving complex compensation problems.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 

Compensation Program Support

  • Support annual compensation processes, including salary review, merit and bonus planning, and pay equity analysis.
  • Develop presentation templates and materials in Excel and PowerPoints to support compensation planning, business reviews, and executive updates.
  • Manage market benchmarking activities and evaluate roles.
  • Maintain and update salary structures and job evaluation framework.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide market pricing and pay recommendations.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support HR Business Partners and managers in compensation planning and decision-making.
  • Design reusable dashboards and templates to streamline data analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor internal pay equity and identify trends or risks across employee groups.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compensation practices align with internal guidelines, pay transparency requirements, and applicable labor laws.
  • Document and maintain compensation policies, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in compensation or related analytical HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, survey methodologies, and job evaluation practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, modeling, scenario analysis).
  • Experience with compensation survey tools (Mercer preferred) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex data clearly to stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in an office environment.
