Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of Fifteen commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. Reporting to the President, Global Business Development, BD Evaluation, Market Insights & Forecasting will be a key member of the Lupin Global Business Development business, assessing opportunities that are strategic to Lupin and providing insight into investment decisions for the company. This position will add value to the overall Gx /Brand business globally by providing evaluation of the commercial rationale conducting market research/analysis, due diligence, and adding competitive intelligence insights. From Pharmaceutical markets and Biotech with a focus on Developed markets (US/EU)
Given the uniqueness of this role and its importance to the company the incumbent will have to be flexible and ‘wear many hats’. This is a “roll up your sleeves and do” opportunity. The individual will need to possess an ability to think strategically about the opportunities that they evaluate and work with various parts of the organization to assess and influence the key decision makers in the company to reach a decision on whether to pursue or decline. The incumbent must be a dynamic thinker and presenter who will often have to present their findings to the senior management team, including the CEO of Lupin
